Exchange Policy
Exchanges are possible in following cases:
- Company has by mistake sent wrong size or a damaged product or any item is missing from suit – in this case customer has to send the product to the companies address and company will deliver the new product with the cost of refund delivery, customer will not pay any extra delivery charges.
- Customer has by mistake ordered a wrong size or customer is not happy with the design due to change of mind in this case we can exchange the size or design but the customer has to send the product back to our address (given below) in unused condition without removing the tag and after receiving the product at Syriza Head Office we will send the product at customer given address with no extra delivery charges.
Refund policy:
Refund will be allowed to customer only in case the company has by mistake sent a damaged or incomplete product and there is no more stock available for the replacement. In this case customer has to send the product back to our address and after receiving the item at our office only with the same issue told by the customer the refund shall be processed into the customer’s given bank or any other payment transfer account. (In case of refund customer has to inform the company on the same time once the order received and video clip of the damage must be sent on our whatsapp number).
