At Syriza Textile, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every stitched suit, formal outfit, and premium dress is checked carefully before dispatching. Because our items are delicate, hand-embroidered, and premium stitched, we follow a clear and fair Return & Exchange Policy for customers in Pakistan, the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and worldwide.
Eligibility for Exchange
We offer exchange only, not refunds, under the following conditions:
If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all labels intact.
For international customers, exchange requests must also be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Please provide clear pictures or videos of the issue to help us verify the claim.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Because our products are limited-stock, seasonal, and premium stitched, certain items cannot be exchanged. These include:
- Used or washed items
- Articles without tags or original packaging
- Customized or altered pieces
- Sale, discounted, or promotional collection items
- Damages caused by improper handling or personal misuse
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product appears worn or tampered with.
How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, contact us through WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, product photos, and details of the issue. Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Customers in Pakistan may need to send the item back to our warehouse for inspection. International customers must share photos/videos for verification before we approve any return shipment.
Exchange Process & Timeframe
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. You may choose another item of equal or higher value. If the new product is of higher value, the customer will pay the difference.
The exchange process typically takes:
- 5–7 working days within Pakistan
- 10–20 working days for international orders
(depending on customs and courier timelines)
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer unless the item received was incorrect or damaged due to our mistake. International customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs charges.
Wrong Size Orders
If the wrong size was ordered by the customer, the exchange may be accepted depending on stock availability. Shipping cost for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

Color Difference Disclaimer
Slight color variation may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution. Such variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for exchange.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
International Orders
All international orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of a wrong or damaged item. Exchanges will be handled after proper verification through photos or videos.
