At Syriza Textile, we process every order with care to ensure that your stitched suits and formal outfits reach you in perfect condition. Once your order is placed, it enters our system for verification and quality checking. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation through email or WhatsApp shortly after completing your purchase. This confirmation includes your order number and details. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few hours, please contact our support team so we can assist you.
Dispatch & Tracking
After processing, your order is handed over to our trusted courier partners. You will receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Tracking may take a few hours to update depending on the courier system.
Delivery Within Pakistan
Delivery within Pakistan typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your city or province. Some delays may occur during holidays, sale seasons, or due to courier operational issues. Our team always strives to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.
International Delivery
Syriza Textile proudly ships to the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and other major regions. International delivery usually takes 7–20 working days, depending on your location, customs clearance, and local courier services. During peak seasons, delivery time may be slightly longer.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs charges, import taxes, and additional fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please check your country’s customs regulations for more details.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location. Local and international charges vary according to courier rates, parcel weight, and distance.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure that your address, phone number, and delivery details are accurate. Syriza Textile is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a parcel returns due to an incorrect address, the reshipping cost must be covered by the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 6 hours of placement, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. Once the parcel is dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or a product is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Share clear photos or videos so our team can review and assist you promptly. We are committed to resolving issues as quickly as possible.
Prepaid & Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for customers within Pakistan. For international orders, prepaid payment is required. All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways to ensure safe checkout.
