  1. The confirmed orders will be check and received by one of our customer services team member. All the customized team wear will be crafted and the added artwork will be returned to be approved by the club or the customer prior to the production is started. Customer or the Club will have the final word on any alternations needed and the production will work accordingly. An acknowledgement will be received by the customer services which will make sure that the production can be preceded that the customer has accepted the final details and the designs on the order. Refunds will be accepted when the order is impeded due to anything.
  2. The ordered items will be delivered on an average duration of 4 to 6 weeks from the date of approval and provided that the payment procedure is completed. When the goods are in our warehouse we assure to dispatch the order in 2 working days, this may vary during the peak season which can extent up to 3 to 4 working days. We strive to work within the time frame that is agreed, otherwise we inform about the delivery if there are any troubles delivering on the agreed time. We dispatch our orders next working day delivery by carrier and a signature will be required on delivery. There is a charge (plus vat) for postage and packing for the delivery of goods.
  3. Above guidelines entitle all clients to a 7-day approval duration specific to those goods having print, numbers or badges applied, and supplied the garments stay in the same state as when purchased, in which a customer can cancel and return their order. For your convenience, any gadgets worn or altered / defaulted by means of washing incorrectly will void the assurance given. We accumulate returns if we are accountable for any mistakes on orders or delivery, returns will be accepted inside 2 weeks of receipt, where items are lower back in perfect condition and where feasible in their original packaging with all tags attached. Any misguided objects have to be lower back but the cost of Garment box, re makes or refund will be given upon receipt of goods.
  4. Conditions of Sale. All fees are inclusive of VAT at the prices applying at the time of going to press. After going to press. Garment Box reserves the right to be given in part or in full, or decline any order placed in respect of the catalogue. Only credit/debit card orders can be taken over the smartphone by using the card holder. All orders paid by cheque or postal order should be made out to Garment Box ltd. Any goods that are not required should be again in their authentic situation inside the 7 day approval and we will refund you the price of the goods in full provided no print or numbers or badges has been altered or utilized & team has no longer been worn. Please be conscious of all details dispatched lower back to you & is excellent as we can’t refund bespoke garments after all approvals have been made. Placed orders in writing or with the aid of using our Order Form which can be emailed or printed with the aid of return. Until payment in full is obtained your order will no longer be processed and stock will not be allocated or reserved. Club cheques will be widely wide-spread to location an order however the order will not be processed or goods will now not be released till the cheque is cleared.
  5. All costs are in Pakistani Rupee unless in any other case stated. All costs are VAT inclusive the place VAT is chargeable. Where VAT is chargeable, Garment Box reserves the proper to amend its fees to mirror any adjustments in VAT throughout the catalogue season. Any new costs will show up on the bill.
